When a client is taken on, a thread is made with their name as the title. A brief summary of the initial situation is posted. Once the consultation with the specialist is concluded, a bullet point list of the plan to proceed is posted. When the case is concluded, the results should be posted along with any changes made to the plan. Any new contacts should be bullet pointed with a few words to describe their area of expertise.
All contacts will be compiled into a list in another thread.
